Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. If a product is misprinted or your package is lost in transit, please write an email to info@friggstudio.com as soon as possible. We will require a photo of the misprinted item or a detailed explanation of the issue. Once we've verified the problem, we will promptly issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

However, it's important to note that this made to order business model means we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse. This is a necessary measure to maintain the high-quality standards we set for our products and to ensure the sustainability of our operations.
